Row River Valley Community Partnership is honored to continue our partnership with the Woodard Family Foundation for a third consecutive year.

Long before many of our current programs took shape, Casey Woodard took the time to visit our community, listen to residents, and learn about the hopes, challenges, and opportunities facing the Row River Valley. At a time when our organization was still finding its footing, that visit represented far more than a site tour. It was one of the earliest moments when an outside partner recognized the potential of our small rural community and the power of neighbors working together to create positive change.

Later, in the summer of 2023 (pictured right), the Woodard Family Foundation honored us with another visit, gathering with community members at Walt Bernard’s farm to learn more about our work and the vision local residents were building together. Since the inception of our organization, the Foundation has remained a steadfast partner. Their support has extended beyond funding to include encouragement, thoughtful guidance, and genuine friendship.

For a young rural nonprofit, those relationships matter. The Foundation’s willingness to invest in people, listen to local voices, and believe in community-driven solutions helped strengthen both our work and our confidence during our formative years. Their partnership affirmed that even small communities can achieve meaningful things when given the opportunity and support to do so.

As our organization continues to grow, we remain deeply appreciative of partners who understand that lasting community change is built through trust, collaboration, and long-term commitment. The Woodard Family Foundation has been part of that journey from the very beginning, and their continued partnership has helped advance efforts that are making the Row River Valley a stronger, safer, and more connected place to call home.

We are grateful to walk this path together and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead for the Row River Valley and the people who call it home.
